I’m happy to share that I am currently building with Neater Homes for my Palm Cove home and I can’t say enough how pleased I am that I made the decision to build with Neater. I have been very happy and grateful to experience elevated customer service from the whole Neater team. The build process including choosing designs, colours and working to a budget has been made so much easier through dealing with a company that has a team of people with specialised qualifications and extensive experience in the industry.
My home project is progressing efficiently and perfectly, hugely impressing my bank manager when he considers other situations of people who are building and not progressing anywhere near this level. I will be saving interest on my building construction loan due to this efficiency. My neighbours-to-be have also let me (and many others in the Northern Beaches neighbourhood) know how impressed they are with Neater – the efficiency, the tidiness of the site, the undertaking of works as quietly as possible, the quality of the workmanship and also the respectful and friendly manner of the Neater staff on site. Building our first home with Neater Homes has been such a pleasure and I cannot put into words how amazing the team at Neater have been. From the first phone call Nicky was amazing and extremely helpful in explaining processes which was extremely helpful for someone that had no idea how it all worked. The team at Neater have been extremely helpful in not just building of the house, but in identifying good land to buy and providing amazing ideas on how to build on it and landscape it.
The building of the house has been extremely smooth sailing with everything simplified and laid out for us to easily understand. The speed in which the house progressed is truly remarkable and we are so excited to be moving into our house in the near future. They don’t muck around these guys, once it’s signed and build time, just sit back and enjoy watching your blank canvas of land go from nothing, to your dream home each week.
