Site Inspection
Our project manager and architectural designer will visit your site to provide an assessment including gradients, potential views, solar capture, wind protection, impacts from neighbouring homes and overlays such as bushfire, flood, natural vegetation and hillslopes.

Concept Fee Proposal
We will provide a concept fee proposal which will include design costs to produce a concept including a floor plan and 3D elevations to all sides of your home, plus any reports that need to be ordered such as a contour survey to establish site levels, boundaries, location of services, and arrange a soil test if required.

Architectural Design Brief
This is a collaborative process where our design team will meet with you and your family to discuss in detail your design brief including your lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements. Together, we’ll explore architectural styles, interior layouts, and materials, ensuring that every detail aligns with your aspirations.

Concept
Our architect will create an architectural concept, including detailed floor plans with dimensions and 3D elevations. We’ll collaborate with you throughout the design process, making adjustments until you’re completely satisfied and ready to move forward.

Indicative Pricing Range
Before proceeding to Working Drawing stage, we will provide a preliminary cost estimate to ensure your design is tracking to your budget.

This is where your custom home design is translated into detailed architectural plans including precise specifications for construction, covering everything from structural elements to electrical and plumbing layouts. Our team collaborates closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure that every aspect of the design is fully understood and ready for execution.

Building plans are submitting to council including detailed plans and specifications to ensure the project complies with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations. Once approval are secured we can move to the construction stage.
