Our knock down rebuild process

Initial Consultation

Discuss your goals, vision, and budget for the rebuild. This is a no cost meeting.​

Site Assessment

Review the property for feasibility, including zoning, overlays and any site specific factors such as soil test availability, flood inundation, bushfire, that may be important.

Fee Proposal

Now the assessments are done, we will put together a fee proposal which will outlining any costs associated wit your project, such as planning fees, demolition, concept design.​

Planning

Collaborate with our in-house architect, sales consultant and interior designer to create your custom home plans or choose an existing design, and receive a cost estimate.

Council Approvals

Submit plans for necessary planning approvals. Once approval is received we proceed to working drawings.

Working Drawings

Now that planning approval is received any modifications required by council or engineer can be amended on plans and working drawings are completed. Any revised costs due to changes resulting from council planning requests or engineer are confirmed and building contract is signed.

Present

Working drawings are presented to council for approval and issue of a building permit.

Approval

Once building approval is received and proof of finance is confirmed, construction can commence.

Demolition

Safely demolish the existing structure

Construction

Begin building your new custom-designed home.
