We prepare your building contract, which includes:
• Full set of plans
• Detailed specifications
• Full inclusions schedule
• Prime and provisional cost items
A deposit is required, and any finance or self-funding arrangements need to be finalised.
Progress payments are made at set stages as each stage is completed, clearly outlined in your contract, providing transparency throughout the build.
The contract ensures clarity on costs, scope, and inclusions before construction begins.

Detailed Plans & Interior Selections
We finalise working drawings, engineering documentation, energy efficiency, and interior/exterior selections.
Enjoy a one-on-one selection experience with our in-house interior designer, ensuring your finishes, colours, and fixtures come together with cohesion and clarity, bringing your vision to life.

Approvals & Construction
Our team manages engineering certifications, council requirements and building approvals.
During construction, you receive regular updates, ongoing communication and onsite visits. Your home is built by skilled Neater Homes carpenters and trusted local trades, using local suppliers committed to quality.

Handover & Ongoing Support
After completion, together we conduct a final inspection and hand over your keys.
Minor items may require attention as your home settles, which is why we provide a 12-month defects period.
Your QBCC Home Warranty Insurance also provides a 6 years and 6 months structural warranty.
